This post did not contain any content.Weird because the steam reviews and comments on the dlc announcement on steam are full of complaints. Namely about incredibly slow updates and charging for a new class after steep MTX prices. Apparently they promised more classes or classes more frequently? I enjoyed it initially but after a year of little work from the devs it got stale quick. Maybe my read of it isn’t correct though.

This is a real genuine question: Is Darktide good now?I also just started playing a month or so ago. The new Arbites class is ridiculously fun (and kinda OP), and I'm really enjoying the game for what it is - a co-op PvE smash-em-up in a great setting. Haven't encountered any toxic players, there are a bunch of community-developed UI mods to improve the UI (not necessary but I like having them), and the difficulty levels scale well. FatShark is raking people over the coals for cosmetic MTX, the community is correct there. The cosmetics you can buy with in game currency are just lame recolors of the same armor and gun skins.
