Showing opposition is good, if they find the community is so against this maybe they'll not grin and bear the nonsense of the payment processors. They could move to new payment processors, or use crypto to pay.

Imagine a version of the game launchers/sites where you could pay with monero and be anonymous.

They got Andrew Tate off of Spotify, which is a win though... I can understand if they're fighting human trafficking and such. But going after porn video games, which generally don't feature real people or generally glorify human trafficking etc., I'm not sure why this is part of their scope. I could also see this group being against Donald "Grab 'em by the pussy" Trump. I haven't seen the games that are getting targetted. I've heard it isn't all porn games. What's the criteria for removal?

Collective Shout isn't a religious organization, they're a TERF one that basically blames porn for the existence of transpeople and has been trying to ban it from the internet entirely.

They were originally a Christian organization that has rebranded into a TERF org. Same shit, different coat of paint basically.

The enemy of my enemy is not my friend Andrew Tate is scum of the earth and Spotify should have dropped him, not the payment processors Again: payment processors should and must not be the ones deciding what is okay and what is not. Just because they did something accidentally right doesn't make it a good thing

It wasn't the payment processors that got Andrew Tate off of Spotify, it was the actions of the activist group

Ah, my bad, but the point still stands for those action groups. I do NOT need evil religious organizations telling me how to live my life. That goes without mentioning that the hypocrisy of those groups always infuriates me because in the name of Jesus/Allah/FSM it's always okay to commit the most grievous sins, as long as you tell others that they're evil.

I agree with what you've said, but their (stated) mission is about fighting sexual violence against women. Regardless of what any religious text says, that sounds like a good thing to fight against. In practice, I think things have gotten a bit out of hand here.

Yeah, but no > Their states mission.... Is a lie. It always is with these religious action groups. Seriously, show ke a religious group that states they do good and ill find how they at the very least actually are only doing it to have another chance at converting more souls to their religion I dont say "all religions are evil" just because (as many religious typically claim) "I'm angry with God" or some nonsense. First off, there is no god, and even if there was, it most definitely isn't your warped version of one. Second off, it's always always always the religious that do truly evil stuff in the name of religion, and it's always the religious that lie about it because as long as it is in the name of their God, anything goes, especially lying. It's tiring If you do believe n they really are trying to make the world just a little better, then I have a bridge to sell you If they were actually real about wanting to protect women against sexual violence, they'd be all pro abortion, they'd be pro legalizing sec work so that sec workers can do their jobs safely. They'd push for laws that would jail religious figures that protect other religions figures that raped women or children. But they don't What they do (this time) is prohibit pornography, because enjoying sex is evil in their religion and sex without being married is even worse, so they will try to make sure that no one can enjoy any of that anymore. They work to ensure that YOU OBEY THEIR LAWS. As per usual, it's control and power what this is about. And the they dress it up in something that sounds wholesome and wise and nice, like "We want to protect women against sexual violence!" Fuck these hateful spiteful hypocrite psychopaths
