Not American. Also, assumed that was on top of the ones from the contract. Being forced to use 10 days of my vacation time when they want me to isn't much of a bonus.
And yeah, I guess being given the option of cash vs switch would be cool, but when the bonus is 7.5k + 2 weeks off + more bonuses announced for later on, it feels a bit shit to complain about a free switch. Especially when you can just sell it to get the money.
